Aarvinder (Aarvi) graduated with a Masters of Physiotherapy from La Trobe University in 2018 after he completed a Bachelor of Health Sciences majoring in Physiology and Anatomy.
He comes with extensive experience already working with elite level teams and athletes plus having experience in leading hospitals. He has been mentored and works closely with one of the leading health professionals in Australia and has seen high caliber professionals and wide array of injuries in his time practicing as a physiotherapist.
Aarvi is passionate about Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy and has a special interest in sports injuries, back and shoulder pain. In addition to this Aarvi comes with great experience with having worked for multiple representative pathways:

Aarvi currently manages a number of elite level and semi-professional athletes however is helping and training anyone that wants to better themselves whether it is rehabilitation or coaching to achieve specific goals
Outside of physiotherapy, he plays touch rugby for Victoria and trains intensively at the gym. He is a great advocate of health and wellbeing exemplifying discipline as a fitness and gym enthusiast. Having completed a level 2 on strength systems, Level 1 strength and Conditioning, Biological and biomechanical basis of low back injury and McGill Method Level 1, 2 and 3.
Also an avid sportsman himself, he has played soccer and touch at a high level in Victoria and NSW. Representing NSW country in soccer at junior levels. Besides soccer Aarvi has played representative level in Cricket, Swimming and Rugby League. His passion for sport and strength training is undeniable.
